How can astrology help with self-discovery?
Astrology helps some people sort through questions they’ve been carrying around. For others it doesn’t land, and that’s fine. A reading isn’t going to change your life on its own.

Practices guided by your chart
Yoga. Sequences and sessions tailored to your natal chart and current transits. A Cancer Moon week wants a different practice than a Mars-in-Aries one. Our practitioners help you match the shape of the session to what’s actually happening that week.
Emotional wellbeing. Reflection-based sessions for stress, transitions, and the rougher chapters. Your chart becomes a frame for what you’re going through. To say it plainly: this isn’t therapy and we don’t diagnose anything. What it is, is a structured way to sit with something instead of spinning on it.
